Exhibit at EarthFest

Last year, more than 6,500 visitors spent a rewarding, educational day at Temple University Ambler celebrating the importance of protecting the environment and preserving their future. Each year, our exhibitors play an essential role in making EarthFest a huge success.

We would like to invite you to take part in EarthFest 2017, for what we anticipate will be another terrific day of educational fun and excitement! Fill out an Exhibitor Registration Form.

EarthFest 2017 will be held on Earth Day, Friday, April 28. The event, sponsored by the Center for Sustainable Communities at Temple University Ambler, will be held, rain or shine, from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Ambler Campus.

The mission of EarthFest is to promote environmental awareness using sustainable concepts, methods and practices to protect and preserve our environment. Organizations, businesses, students of every age and individuals demonstrate sustainable concepts and technologies, and provide interactive educational displays, activities, and much more! Food and entertainment are also part of the festivities.

EarthFest 2017 will be held on the fields near our large student parking lot on Meetinghouse Road. All of our event features will be together, providing a fun, exciting cohesive event that we believe will provide an even greater experience both our visitors and exhibitors.

The registration deadline for exhibitors is Friday, March 17. Please note: Space is limited. We will not be able to accommodate exhibitors after Friday, March 17. If you have special requests - electricity, additional booth space, additional tabling - please be sure to request those accommodation by the March 17 deadline or we will not be able to fullfill your request. Exhibitor Set-Up, Takedown and Logistics

Exhibitors are required to have their booths prepared by 8:45 a.m. Takedown may not begin until 2 p.m. A staggered arrival schedule for exhibitors - 7:45 to 8:15 a.m. and 8:15 to 8:45 a.m. - will be provided to all exhibitors two weeks prior to the event. Become an EarthFest Sponsor

In 2017, we hope to continue expanding this educational festival. EarthFest carries a significant operating cost, in excess of $45,000. Sponsorship gifts offset that cost, enabling us to enhance access to EarthFest for many students, teachers and community residents throughout the region. One reason so many schools are able to participate in EarthFest is that we have never charged attendees — schools pay nothing beyond the cost of their own transportation.
