Set-Up, Takedown and Logistics
Exhibitors are required to have their booths prepared by 8:45 a.m. Takedown may not begin until 2 p.m. View the exhibitor map for booth locations (Coming soon!).
Set-up and Takedown
A staggered arrival schedule for exhibitors - 7:45 to 8:15 a.m. and 8:15 to 8:45 a.m. - has been sent to all exhibitors. Please arrive within your set-up time period. View the EarthFest exhibitor logistics map.
Booth Space and Assignments
All exhibitors are provided with cover (tent) and each booth is provided with one table and two chairs (unless additional space has been requested).
Each booth location is numbered on the event map (coming soon!) located in the event brochure. Please note that booth assignments are subject to change prior to the event.
EarthFest 2018 will be held on the fields near our large student parking lot off Meetinghouse Road.
Look for signs for exhibitor parking. Since parking is so close to the exhibit area this year, there is no separate unloading zone. There will be staff on hand to help guide you to parking and your exhibit location.
When you have completed unloading your exhibit items, you will park in the nearby Visitor/Faculty & Staff Parking Lot. Please note that parking is limited — be sure to arrive on time to ensure space availability. Please see your logistics map for additional details.
Those who arrive late may find the Exhibitor Parking lot is full. Overflow parking is available near the Ambler Campus Learning Center (turn from Meetinghouse Road onto Loop Road and follow the roadway to the parking lot). This is about a 5-minute walk from EarthFest activities. Those who require handicapped parking should notify Jim Duffy at 267-468-8108 or email@example.com by Wednesday, April 18.
Online Lunch Forms
As you plan your day at EarthFest, please take a moment to fill out your exhibitor lunch order online (coming soon). The deadline to submit lunch orders is Friday, April 16. Please limit lunch requests to three per exhibit. If you have questions, please email EarthFest@temple.edu. In an effort to maximize ordering efficiency and reduce waste, we are asking all exhibitors to submit their menu selections in advance. Exhibitors also have the option to have their lunch delivered to them at their exhibit location. Please share this information with each individual that will be attending the event for your organization that will need lunch so they can place their order. Everyone must include their name and exhibitor name so that we know how to deliver the lunches.
Please note: School exhibitors are not eligible for boxed lunches. We encourage all school exhibits to bring their lunches on the day of EarthFest.
Exhibitors may obtain this free lunch from the Exhibitor/Staff food area in the Red Barn Gym on campus or they may request on the online lunch form that lunches be delivered to their exhibit space.
Food for Sale
In addition to your complimentary passes, food and beverages will be available for sale.
Portable restroom facilities will be available at several locations on the EarthFest field.
