EarthFest Registration-Exhibitors

Temple University Ambler’s EarthFest is an outdoor educational festival held in celebration of Earth Day. The mission of EarthFest is to promote environmental awareness using sustainable concepts, methods and practices to protect and preserve our environment.

EarthFest 2018 will be held on Earth Day, Friday, April 20, from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., rain or shine. Temple University Ambler is proud to host this event for the general public and students of all levels.

The registration deadline for exhibitors is Friday, March 16. Please note: Space is limited. We will not be able to accommodate exhibitors after Friday, March 16.

Exhibitors are provided with a covered booth area that includes one (1) 6' table and space that is approximately 12' wide and 8' deep. Booths must be staffed from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Please note that all special requests such as access to electricity or additional space must be made by Friday, March 16, or we will NOT be able to accommodate your request. Due to the location of the event, we are not able to provide access to water for your exhibit (we suggest bringing gallon jugs of water if water is required for your exhibit).

Payment Information

  • Non-profit Organizations: $50

  • For-profit Organizations: $150

  • Government Agencies, Schools, Student Organizations, Event Sponsors and Main Stage Participants exhibit free of charge.
