Continuing Education

Learning can be an invigorating experience no matter your age, educational background or situation in life. Temple offers a host of courses and programs for those seeking college admission, professional development or simply thirsting for knowledge.

Part-Time Programs

Whether you’re just starting school, looking to finish a degree, or trying to develop your skills, Temple can help. Part-time programs at Temple are offered at all of our Pennsylvania campuses including the main campus in Philadelphia and locations in Ambler, Center City and Harrisburg. With options to take classes at night, on weekends or online, returning to school has never been easier. Take advantage of the same resources available to full-time students; Temple offers financial aid, rolling admissions, advising and academic support, and more.

Continuing Studies

Ambler Campus Continuing Studies (non-degree seeking students) students are advised in the West Hall 109. The Academic Advising office serves a diverse group of students including students who are non-degree seeking. Whether you are brand new to college or have multiple degrees completed, our office is generally a good place to start your inquiry into Temple. Our students take courses for a variety of reasons including working toward undergraduate, graduate, or professional school admissions, professional development, personal enrichment, even taking courses to transfer to other colleges.

Like the general Temple population, our students are diverse both in educational background and culture as well as in age, ranging from gifted high school students to retired professionals and everyone in between. Advisors are available to guide you through the process of enrolling in Temple credit courses on a non-degree basis. Continuing Studies students can earn college credit, but are not admitted into a degree program. Learn more about continuing your studies at Temple.
