SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION OPEN FOR SUMMER 2020

Now in its 31st year, Temple University Ambler is proud to offer Summer Education Camps for youth entering 2nd grade through 12th grade during the 20/21 academic schoolyear. Camps are offeed during June, July and August. Most camps are one-week, full-day camps that run Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Temple University Ambler Summer Education Camps provide a wonderful opportunity for youths to learn about a specific area of interest, experience a college campus and have lots of fun at the same time.

Early Bird Discount: Register and pay by March 31, 2020, and take $50 off each camp fee, unless otherwise noted that discounts do not apply. Discount is not taken off the materials or computer lab fees.

In addition, you may combine the early bird discount with one additional discount:

Multi-session discount: Save 10% when registering your child for 3 or more full day, one-week camp sessions.

Sibling discount: Save 10% for each child attending a full-day, one-week camp during the same week.

Camp Drop-Off and Pick-Up:
Camps begin at 9 AM. Campers can be dropped off starting at 8:30 AM. Camps end at 4:00 PM. All campers must be picked up by 4:30 PM.

Extended Care:

Extended care is available but you must register for this service prior to the start of camp. You will the opportunity to register for before and after care at the time of regisration. If you need extended care before 8:30 AM and after 4:30 PM, please contact the Office of Non-Credit and Continuing Education regarding your needs at ncregistrar@temple.edu, or 267-468-8500. Extended care will be offered as follows:

Before Care (AM): Drop off as early as 8:00 AM = $30/week

After Care (PM): Pick up as late as 5:45 PM = $55/week

Both AM & PM Care: $75/week

Campers must be registered for a full day of camp to eligible for before and/or after care.

Lunch and Snacks:
There are no dining services for camps. Campers should bring lunch in a small cooler or insulated bag; there is no refrigeration available for camper lunches. Campers will be supervised by the camp staff during the lunch hour. Lunch is from 12pm to 1pm. The lunch hour may also include time for movies and games. Campers may also want to bring snacks for break times during the morning and afternoon.

Summer Camps Registration, Discount, Refund and Withdrawal Policies

Register Online

Payment: Full payment is due upon registration.

Fees: All camp fees include materials and/or computer lab fees, unless otherwise noted.

Refunds/Withdrawals: You must request a withdrawal at least 3 weeks before the start date of the camp session that your child is enrolled in. If your withdrawal request is recieived at least 3 weeks before the camp session start date, you will receive a refund, minus a $50 withdrawal fee. Withdrawal requests received less than 3 weeks before the camp session start date will not be entitled to any refund. This is regardless of when you registered for the camp. All withdrawals must be received in writing and can be sent by email to course.withdrawals@temple.edu or by fax to 267-468-8506.
