If you’ve been admitted to Temple University and plan to study at Ambler Campus, the information below will serve as important reminders as you prepare to join us on campus. Please remember that your letter of acceptance is available through applicant portal; we do not mail letters.

1)Participate in our admitted student programs.

Check your applicant portal for an important link to Temple’s admitted student website. Additionally, keep your eyes on your inbox! Students admitted prior to April 1 will receive an invitation to our on-campus admitted student reception. Additional programming for students admitted after April 1 will also be shared.

2) Get your financial aid in order.

If you are a U.S. citizen, submit your FAFSA application by the February 1 priority deadline. Visit Student Financial Services for more information. If you have filed your FAFSA, your financial aid offer will be available in your applicant portal.

3) Choose Temple!

To reserve your place in the class, you must submit a nonrefundable enrollment deposit of $200. To pay your deposit, log in to  your applicant portal and review the Next Steps channel.

4) If needed, request a room in University Housing.

If you would like a room in University Housing (available at Main Campus), you must first submit the $200 tuition deposit, as well as the $250 housing deposit. To start the housing selection process, log in to your applicant portal. Please note, housing selection begins in April each year for new students. 5) Participate in New Student Orientation and register for classes.

Complete the required Next Steps in your applicant portal and then register for orientation. New Student Orientation is designed to assist in your transition and get your college career off to a great start!
