If you’ve been admitted to Temple University and plan to study at Ambler Campus, the information below will serve as important reminders as you prepare to join us on campus. Please remember that your letter of acceptance is available through the applicant portal; we do not mail letters.

1)Plan to Attend our Admitted Student Reception.

Admitted students will receive an invitation to our Admitted Student Reception on April 15 at Temple Ambler.

2) Get your financial aid in order.

If you are a U.S. citizen, submit your FAFSA application by the February 1 priority deadline. Visit Student Financial Services for more information. If you have filed your FAFSA, your financial aid offer will be available in your applicant portal.

3) Choose Temple!

To reserve your place in the class, you must submit a nonrefundable enrollment deposit of $200. To pay your deposit, log in to  your applicant portal and review the Next Steps channel.

4) If needed, request a room in University Housing.

If you would like a room in University Housing (available at Main Campus), please ensure you have submitted your $200 enrollment deposit first. Once your enrollment deposit goes through, you will receive access to the Housing Application on your Applicant Portal. A $250 housing deposit is required to submit the Housing Application. The housing deposit may only be paid after the enrollment deposit is verified as these are two separate payments. Once you submit the Housing Application and $250 housing deposit, you will be eligible to participate in Room Selection. 5) Participate in New Student Orientation and register for classes.

Complete the required Next Steps in your applicant portal and then register for orientation. New Student Orientation is designed to assist in your transition and get your college career off to a great start! Information regarding orientation will be sent to your Temple email account once you submit your deposit. Learn more about orientation.
